Deposits are required for reservation Sorry, deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable if space available Day Visitors: $5.00 per person for 4 hrs or less $10.00 per day and are welcome between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm. Guests are required to register at the office upon arrival. Maximum 4 per cottage All cottages are Non-Smoking NO PETS PERMITTED *Nightly rentals may be available during summer months if last minute cancellations occur* To view placement of cottage on our property- click on "How to find us" page. Rental Deposit Terms and ConditionsA $300.00 non-refundable deposit for full week booking and 50% for nightly rental is required to confirm your reservation. A credit card is required for reservation deposit. We accept Visa or Mastercard. Accounts to be paid in full on arrival. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa or Mastercard for the balance. A no-show will result in the remainder of balance being automatically withdrawn from credit card- taxes included. Check-in: anytime after 2pm (please do not arrive early, we need the time to prepare the cottages)
Check-out: 10am (1100am in off season) Failure to exit on time- Half of a nightly rental price will be charged to credit card No rebate for late arrivals/early departures. Cottages are to be left as you found them. Failure to do so will result in an extra cleaning charge. If any damages, smoking or items missing from cottages, charges will be processed to credit card given upon reservation. I have read and agree with above conditions and my deposit is proof of my reading and acceptance of the aforementioned policies. Thank you
